VEHICLE LOOKUP TOOL & DATA ACCURACY
Our website offers a “Find My Vehicle” / Paint Code Lookup tool to assist customers in locating their vehicle’s paint data.
Guest Limitations: Non-registered guest accounts are limited to a maximum of five (5) vehicle lookups. To gain unlimited lookups, users must register for a customer account.
Accuracy of Data: While we strive to provide the most precise and up-to-date manufacturer paint code data, our lookup tools are for guidance purposes only. It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to verify that the paint code matches their vehicle’s physical data plate before purchasing.
PRODUCTS, COLOUR MATCHING, AND PRICING
Custom Formulations: Our colour-matched paints and custom aerosols are mixed on a bespoke basis according to the manufacturer paint code provided by you. Because paint can naturally fade on a vehicle due to weathering and UV exposure, we cannot guarantee an identical match to aged paintwork.
Pricing & Availability: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or bundle) at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for price changes, modifications, or suspensions of products.
Order Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (HAZMAT) & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Many of our products, including aerosol paint cans, primers, and clearcoats, are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) due to their flammable nature.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that delivery must be handled by specialized couriers and may require unique shipping timelines (typically 2–5 working days).
You agree to follow all local regulations regarding the handling, storage, application, and safe disposal of automotive aerosol paint materials.
CUSTOM EXCLUSION FROM CONSUMER CONTRACTS (RETURNS)
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard statutory right to cancel or return an online purchase within 14 days does not apply to custom-made, bespoke, or personalized goods.
Because our colour-matched paints and aerosol sprays are mixed specifically to your vehicle’s paint code, all custom paint orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.
Standard stock items (e.g., generic panel wipes, standard sanding packs, non-custom primers) are eligible for return under our standard Returns Policy.
